i am back…
March 27, 2008
Hello all…
I am finally writing again. I’ll start of with a good note with a trip to Cambodia from today till Sunday morning. Just returned from the TV ministry meeting and now trying to settle some last minute administrative work for my trip.
It’s been long since I updated. So what has changed since November…
1. I am with Sony Singapore as a trainer
2. Currently leading a wonderful cell group – generations 3.2 – there is so so much to learn.
3. Doing some serious photography.. or I would say trying to.
It’s now 1211am and I’ve to wake up at 2.30am so that I will be in time for the cab that is coming at 3.15am… So looking forward to what is in Cambodia. I am learning so much from Julian and going to learn more in the coming trip.
What I am bringing up:
Sony Alpha 700 and 350
135mm f1.8 Carl Zeiss
85mm f1.4 Carl Zeiss
16-80mm f1.8 Carl Zeiss
35mm, 50mm Sony G Lens
16mm Fisheye Sony len
and much much more…
Splitting the load to some other participants who is tagging along this trip organized by Sony. Till the first day later on, I will update with pictures of the boarding and all that.
Till then!
-Kenneth
hear my worship
November 3, 2007
Here, as I worship You
I long to be more honest
Long to be more free
I, long to be more real
Long to be transparent
As you see my true intentions
Beyond this bended knee
Beyond the words I speak
Beyond the songs I sing
Hear My Worship
All that my heart can bring
This is my offering
Jesus my Holy King
Hear my worship
Hear my worship
I long to have more faith
I long to be more faithful
Here before Your throne
I wait to see Your face
Awaiting in your presence
Waiting just for you to hear me
Hear my worship – Jaime Jamgochian
reminder
October 28, 2007
A very tiring week for me. Rush rush rush. I had to work last Sunday and I guess that contributes to my lethargy this week. Somehow as the weekend gets nearer, the more energy I have. Last Saturday, wedding – Rudy and Christine’s which I helped to shoot. Really privileged to learn something and also to chronicle their big day. Photos are on my multiply – www.cowism.multiply.com
As things get heated up and work seeps in, I tend to overlook things in ministry, even in my personal life. I somehow feel that I just need time alone, thats why I didn’t go for the basketball competition which was canceled in the end. Being alone gives me time to think, reflect and ponder of certain issues. When I was in the army, I took it for granted the zho-boing (I translate – idling) where I manage to find time alone. I miss my bunk, office and personal space (I was the few NSFs who had a table to himself). Thank God for it.
The constant playback of the advice in my head given by my ex-Commander to run daily to keep my fitness up is really something to remind myself of. Now from the frying pan to the hot oil (working world), it seems so hard to please everyone.
And I was reminded by a song that was always sung in cell group years ago…
“Your grace is sufficient for me
Your strength is made perfect
When I am weak
All that I cling to
I lay at Your feet
Your grace is sufficient for me”
And that is so comforting.
Tomorrow, Monday. Here world, here I come – with God’s grace
