world’s best mom
June 25, 2007
I shall proclaim it here – shh..
I’ve the world’s best mommy!
Came home late and realised that she didn’t cook for me – my wrong because I didn’t inform me that I wanted dinner and everyone had finished theirs. It was already 8.30 and mom thawed the fish and cooked fish soup with rice for me in half and hour. yummy
Therefore the Bible says, Honor your father & mother

It was a marvelous week =)
Booked in on Sunday night because thought it will be nice to lie in bed abit longer
The feeling of returning was quite dreadful because of the outfield, and after the holiday back from KL, you just wanna relax abit more.. Haha
Woke up with the song Your Grace is Enough by Chris Tomlin.
“Your grace is enough
Your grace is enough
Your grace is enough for me”
Went outfield on Tuesday – Lim Chu Kang – that dreaded place again . Went there at night, rained, and surprisingly, boss told me to stay in the vehicle. The mosquitoes were irritating, but I thank God that I didn’t have to do the much-hated walking. Amazingly, the next couple of days, I didn’t have to carry the heavy loads
thank God ain’t it
Covered photography / attended this Wait or Date workshop which I think it was good for the youths in the ministry
You can view the photos – http://gcam.multiply.com/photos/album/12
It’s time to pray and sleep.
I thank God for everything He has done.. thanksgiving from my heart..

Back from church camp. It was a fantastic week – wouldn’t mind if I can live through it again
No pictures because, I didn’t bring my camera =

Cabbed down to church with Lijuan at 6.10am – already hoards of people waiting there. Then took a bus to the Second Link and hopped onto another bus at the M’sia checkpoint. Funny that the M’sia authorities didn’t even check our bags. So the audacious bus ride from Johor – KL began – 7+ hours to be exact. The Yong Peng stopover was.. bad, dirty and stuffy place – and that gigantic fish. The bus’ suspension was soft – super soft – even softer than my bro’s Lancer and the bus bounced every time we passed by road works. And we reach the hotel at about 2pm – had lunch (no appetite) and checked in. The hotel room was really good – watched wrestling (who is your friend?
), and went down to the gym to workout. Then to dinner and the night session began. Great message. The exact same message that I’ve been hearing from God for the past 2 months. The next couple of days had their fair share of fun, food, friends and the Word of God. Seriously, there is no way to shop in Putrajaya. Totally empty and void place. Haha.. only the Famous Amos and Auntie Anne’s Pretzels were cheap. That 4 days went by so quickly, so quickly! But what happens during service, must be translated and be transformed into reality – hearers and do-ers of the Word!

Boss’ change of command parade. This guy is one whom have gained my respect – since I enlisted. He is the only one that I’m willing to fight beside with in times of war. He has impacted me with his humility, tenacity and never-say-die spirit. *respect* Morale went down when he gave the office key to the new boss. Haha.. but it’s also time to move on – 1.5 months to ORD!

Met up with Leonard for shopping . In the end he bought a jacket and I didn’t buy anything
Maybe I was too fickle la
But it was great catching up and the shopping was great too
Realised I have so many to buy and so little to spend.

Service was great – as I thought it will be. Breakfast with the team was good and I think we did well today – I love to be on camera duty. I didn’t know what got into me – feeling moody and all that. But I’m alright to those who asked
Was in the cab today, and did my devotions in it. Whenever I feel like there is no particular verse to read, I will always flip to Matthew 22 – And in it it will say – Love the Lord with all your heart, soul, mind and it will really refreshes me – like any other day when I read it. Really regretted not sharing with the cab driver – coincidentally is the dad of a church member.
Anyway, pray for me. Tough week ahead.
There’s something in your eyes
Something in your smile
Something in the way you move me
- Something about you, Corrinne May
I still love this song!
